Sheriff Sales Disclaimer
*To view sales terms of the disclaimer must be accepted below.
This list reflects sales which are presently scheduled to occur at a future date. Nothing herein shall be construed as an offer to sell. Items contained herein are provided for informational purposes only. Information is provided only as a courtesy and any and all warranties (whether express or implied) are disclaimed. Blommer Peterman S.C. and its respective officers, employees and agents take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained herein. This list is in no way comprehensive; sales scheduled to occur at a future date may not be currently listed herein.
All prospective purchasers are encouraged to review the status of title to any properties in which they are interested. Any issues reflected on title should be understood and resolved to your satisfaction prior to the day of sale, upon consultation with an independent attorney at law or title insurance company of your choosing. Blommer Peterman S.C. does not release title information or provide copies of title reports and/or commitments obtained in conjunction with the foreclosure action. Title conveyed by way of the foreclosure sale is "as is" without representation as to lien position or manner of title, subject to all easements, restrictions, encumbrances and issues appearing of record. Blommer Peterman S.C. requires a minimum of 10% of total bid price to be paid at sale by the high bidder, subject to the terms and direction of the sheriff or acting representative from that office presiding over the sale.
All sales are governed by applicable law and announcements by the sheriff or acting representative from that office presiding over the sale. All information, including bid amount, is subject to change up to and through the time of sale. The bid amounts listed herein are opening bids only and may not reflect the amount of debt due at the time of sale or the final bid which may be entered by the note holder. The bid amount listed for each sale does not represent the payoff amount on the loan subject to the foreclosure action.
* NOTE: The Sale Time — A sale listed to occur at a given date and time will occur at or after the time listed on that date, depending upon the total number of sales being held by that sheriff on the day in question. For example, Milwaukee County may list every sale for a given week to be held at 10:30 a.m. This means that the first sale will be held at 10:30 a.m., with any other sales scheduled for that date and time to be held as soon as possible thereafter.
** NOTE: The Property Address and Tax Key — The property address and tax key or computer pin number are provided for informational purposes only and may not be relied upon. This information is intended to be a convenient reference. If you are interested in purchasing a particular property at foreclosure sale, only the legal description used in the notice of sale should be used to identify the correct property.
